The stay was mainly for a short transit before crossing the Channel. The room was spacious, with a comfortable layout for our family, especially with the twin beds on the mezzanine which our kids enjoyed. The location made getting to the Eurotunnel quite straightforward. There were several eateries and a supermarket within quick reach. It was a good overnight stay before our trip, all things considered.

The breakfast access at 4:30 AM was a game changer, allowing me to fuel up before catching the first train, and it was genuinely a great breakfast too! The location couldn’t be better. I parked my bike securely while being just minutes away from supermarkets and lovely restaurants.

absolutely dreadful experience! the room felt like a sauna, extreme discomfort ensued. And the shower—shocking—broken and unusable! who rents a room like that? ! I nearly considered giving them a good review, but the lack of kettle and the rude reception staff just ruined it for me. wouldn't recommend, save yourself!

Getting access to the main gate and room code was a frustrating ordeal!!! The bathroom door didn't close properly, resulting in a lack of privacy!!! The shower and soap dispenser looked unkempt, which was unsettling!!!

The location is super convenient for the Channel Tunnel and nearby shopping areas. Housekeeping maintains clean rooms and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The sound insulation could use improvement. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

The rooms can feel cramped, and noise from the corridor might disturb your peace, especially with people walking and talking close by. The breakfast wasn’t up to par—dried scrambled eggs and minimal bread left much to be desired. A few guests have reported issues with the bed's comfort and noisy doors that can wake you up at night.
